By accessing or using the 13200 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the 13200 platform without exception.
Account Creation & User Security
Registration Requirements
To register an account with 13200, users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Account Security Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure. 13200 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Users are advised not to share their login credentials with anyone.
Accurate Registration Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 13200 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time to meet compliance requirements. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 13200 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical systems of the 13200 platform.
- Using automated software (bots) or third-party tools to manipulate games or transactions.
- Creating an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or threatening content through any of the platform's communication channels.
13200 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user believed to have violated these rules, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Policy in MYR
All transactions on the 13200 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online banking through FPX and approved local e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the prevailing policy and may change from time to time.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. 13200 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes, and will notify users if any additional verification is required.
Transaction Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they provide are accurate and up to date. 13200 is not liable for any payment delays or failures resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

13200 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, 13200 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses due to technical disruptions or system errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 13200 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphics — is the exclusive property of 13200 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 13200 platform may contain references or links to third-party websites. 13200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
13200 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats. For less serious breaches, 13200 will endeavour to notify the user first and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any form of compensation.
Changes to These Terms
13200 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after a change notice is considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
